We received a request from the tenant representative to inspect a water intrusion at the site. We responded the same day, completed an initial moisture inspection, documented conditions, and began emergency services to limit further damage. Work progressed in phases that followed ANSI IICRC S500 principles, including assessment and documentation, source and safety verification, water extraction, establishment of drying and environmental controls, controlled contents manipulation, selective demolition after asbestos clearance, ongoing monitoring with plan adjustments, and final stabilization and demobilization once mitigation goals were met and documented.
